Magic Hat Productions was formed in June 2007 after the completion of their first feature film. Theatre productions followed were The Crucible in September 2008, Arsenic and Old Lace in 2009 and The Importance of Being Earnest in March 2010.

Glorious!, the hilarious tale of Florence Foster Jenkins will be the fourth major theatrical production Magic Hat has produced.
